Bookings are arranged through the options shown on the Services page. A booking is subject to availability and any information provided during that process.

Payments

Payment arrangements communicated during booking apply to that booking. Third-party payment providers process payments under their own terms.

Cancellations / changes

Any cancellation or rescheduling requirements communicated during the booking process will apply to that booking.

Treatment refunds

Payments for treatments that have already been provided are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been an issue with a service or payment, please contact Hermes Therapy so the matter can be reviewed individually.

Where a treatment has been paid for in advance but has not yet taken place, any cancellation, rescheduling or refund conditions communicated during the booking process will apply. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Gift cards

Gift cards are supplied through SumUp Gift Cards. Their purchase, redemption and validity terms are managed by the provider and apply to the relevant gift card.

Health information

Please provide accurate, relevant information when requested so that services can be considered appropriately. Seek urgent medical assistance where needed rather than relying on website content.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for following any booking instructions communicated to you.
